		<description><![CDATA[Good poses to do if one is relative slim but flabby in the tummy area.  But if one is fat all over, doing these poses alone will not show much difference. Your muscle will still be enveloped in the belly fat. In fact u may see a slight increase in girth. I&#039;m currently experiencing this.

But dont give-up. It is still good to do these poses to strengthen abs &amp; get good posture. Only that- one will need to do cardio exercises and eat properly to lose overall fat. Then your efforts in doing these poses will show through. I&#039;m still struggling with that..]]></description>
