Need to break away from your normal routine but don’t have the luxury of taking a few days off? This half day retreat is an excellent way to step back, unwind, relax and at the same time learn new ways of taking care of yourself. Begin your weekend with a 2 hour guided al fresco yoga session that takes you through the fundamentals of proper breathing, proper yoga pose alignment, its benefits and restorative techniques. After a healthy breakfast, join a hands on cooking class to learn new recipes and ideas for cooking a delicious meal packed with superfoods to stay young and healthy. Finally, sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labour and share the day’s experiences with like-minded individuals.

- 2 hour yoga session (focusing on breathing, yoga pose alignment and relaxation techniques)
